Description
In the late 90's the iMac by Apple was introduced to the public. This computer was unique compared to others and to be a new and improved version of other, older Mac models. This article covers the criticisms that Apple faced. Although it did have its good features which included a sleek look with a 15-inch monitor, and an all-in-one setup for easy use, and was priced differently than other Apple products and cost $1,299. According to the article one of the criticisms was that the iMac did not include a floppy disk drive. These were used to store, backup, and transfer data and were still used pretty widely. The iMac also had limited peripheral connectivity which made it hard to connect things like printers or other things. Because of issues like this people would have to spend more money to add them to the iMac causing a negative attitude towards it.
